I´M NOT FULL Blanc de Blancs dealcoholized

With Humor and Great Taste

With I'm Not Full, Christopher Full has launched a project that focuses on non-alcoholic wines in a humorous way. After numerous tastings, he noticed that many non-alcoholic wines lacked their typical character. As a trained winemaker with high standards, he was not discouraged by this. Instead, he continued to tinker and finally found the perfect recipe for a wine that is authentic and tasty, with a self-ironic packaging that presents the wine in a relaxed and humorous way, while the content remains at the highest level. This lightness ensures that the wine not only tastes good, but also enlivens conversations and lifts the mood, both of which I can relate to in many ways.

It is still a statement to show up with a non-alcoholic wine. Often because many people have not had good experiences with de-alcoholized wines. There is a lot of inferior quality on the market (as with wine with alcohol!). In addition, it is still a “taboo” subject. After all, 0% wine still has the image of having been invented for people with a problem. I am all the more pleased when there are such young and great projects like Christopher Full's.

The label speaks for itself. Humorous and successful. When you open the bottle, you can hear the rich “pop”, which clearly signals to you: There's pressure on the bottle! The color is a delicate, elegant yellow that is appealing and makes you want to take your first sip.

However, the yeast note drifts a little too quickly from pleasant brioche notes to a slight off note in my opinion - perhaps not everyone's cup of tea.In the mouth, however, the Blanc de Blancs convinces with a pleasantly creamy mouthfeel that is not often found in non-alcoholic versions. While other sparkling wines sometimes seem thin, the Sparkling scores here with aromas of redcurrant, gooseberry and early ripe apple, which are emphasized very well by the reduced sugar content. With 3.6 g of sugar per 100 ml, this Blanc de Blancs is perfectly acidic and wonderfully crisp.

Compared to classic, alcoholic versions, the non-alcoholic Sparkling shows itself in a completely different light. The effervescence remains - and that is ultimately what counts! Dry on the finish, with a hint of residual sweetness, that's how I like it.

Cheers
