Deichstraße in Hamburg, a lane steeped in 14th-century roots, is a melting pot of history and culinary delights. Its cobblestones and timber-framed houses narrate tales of trade, prosperity, and the many changes the Hanseatic city has undergone. Nestled within this historic setting is "The Bohemian," a bar that seamlessly blends into the street's rich tradition while celebrating modern bar culture.
The philosophy of "The Bohemian," to craft both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages with equal dedication and creativity, is a tribute to the spirit of Deichstraße: a street that has always been a meeting point for people from all walks of life. At this place where tradition and innovation intersect, the four dynamic creators of The Bohemian add a new shine.
Each non-alcoholic beverage, be it the “Charlie Sheen” or the artistic "Michelangelo," embodies the bar's primary idea of serving concept drinks.
This approach is innovative and still quite unique in the city. A visit to Patrik and his team is worthwhile. The visually stunning and, more importantly, delicious non-alcoholic cocktails promise a delightful evening for everyone.

Enjoy the elegance of an iconic Cosmopolitan variant without a trace of alcohol. This non-alcoholic version is a wonderful blend of zesty citrus fruits, lush berries, and fragrant botanicals, culminating in a soothing and invigorating drink. Let's call it CosNo!
Michelangelo
Michelangelo's realm, where art fuses with the palate. Inspired by the great master of the Renaissance, this conceptual mocktail is top in taste and delightfully interactive. Just like the famous artist, we can paint pictures with a non-alcoholic gin-based cocktail using banana, blackcurrant, and lemon puree on edible paper.
Bahama Stephan Mama
The non-alcoholic version of a Tiki. Non-alcoholic rum and coffee liqueur blend with pineapple and almond. Topped with soda, it's fizzy, delicious, and completely hangover-free.
Charlie Sheen

The Bar
Founded in 2021 by Richard Dührkohp, Christian Mertens, Patrick Engel, and Juri Reib, the bar is divided into two areas. The newly designed Viennese café section, with its large windows, is a daytime delight. At night, the light tunnel transforms into a unique and unforgettable experience every evening.
