Another quick sundowner. This time a little more tart. The alcohol-free distillate from Fluére is called Original. Like many botanicals, it is based on gin, i.e. juniper, and this aroma is easily perceived. There is also a hint of coriander. The Victorian Lemonade from Fentimans is ginger-heavy and brings a nice sharpness into play alongside tart lemons. To complete the flavour, I add a little more sweetness in the form of Bergamot Syrup. The ratio is important here. The lemonade should not be poured too generously so that the other flavours still have time to develop.

5 cl Flure Original

2 CL Bergamot Syrup

3 Cl Fentimans Victorian Lemonde, ... according to taste
