Non-alcoholic Vermouth Berry Sprizz

Mocktailthursday, Thirstythursday….

this was yesterday. Today we start into Sober October, with a fresh spritz of Undone No.8, sparkling rosé from Kollone Null and Fluére Raspberry Blend.

Summer is over. We are taking a look back at the trend drink of 2021, the Vermouth Sprizz. We enjoy the last rays of sunshine with a fruity and most importantly alcohol-free version. The tart herbal notes of Undone's Vermouth and the balanced acidity of the Rosé are the perfect basis for fine twist with raspberry flavour from Fluére. In addition to the fruit, there is also a slight spiciness in the finish that is pleasantly reminiscent of a gin botanical.

The drink:

4 CL Raspberry Blend / Fluére

2 CL Vermouth / Undone

Rose sparkling wine non-alcoholic / Kolonne Null

Ice cubes

Mint

Put some ice in a mixing glass. Pour in Fluére Raspberry Blend and It's Undone Vermouth and stir with a bar spoon. Strain into a wine glass filled with ice and top up with non-alcoholic rosé sparkling wine. Sprinkle with mint and garnish.
