Volée is a wonderful non-alcoholic aperitif. In addition to euphoric Damiana herb, macerates of grapefruit, mountain peach, elderflower, bitter orange and verjus are added to the juice of unfermented Chardonnay grapes. All this results in a wonderfully invigorating and refreshingly bitter drink. With a nice balance of sweetness, acidity and tart fruit notes. 

Beautiful fruit, that's the first impression! On the nose you have grapes and especially fine peach. The nice play of aromas continues on the palate. But it doesn't just stay with sweet peach. Elderberry and grapefruit are also clearly noticeable. The acidity of the verjus rounds off the tart bitter notes. Everything seems very harmonious. Personally, I don't like it too bitter, so I mixed Volée directly with a non-alcoholic sparkling wine. Here too: Avec Plaisir! For those who like it a little more bitter, I recommend the tonic varinate. By the way, Damiana is said to have an aphrodisiac effect, Oh là là ....
