Carl Jung - alcohol free- Blanc de Blancs
Chardonnay, pure and really good!
Carl Jung, the pioneers of dealcoholisation in the vacuum extraction process, is now the 5th generation to "winemake" alcohol-free wine. You quickly notice that a lot of experience is involved here. The packaging is not particularly elaborate, but it looks high-quality. The real cork opens with a rich sound. The fine yellow content has a good perlage that lasts a long time in the glass. The non-alcoholic sparkling wine is made from the Chardonnay grape variety. The Chardonnay grape is not without reason one of the most popular. It is versatile and can produce a variety of wines depending on the soil conditions. Fresh aromas of citrus, apple and melon are characteristic. The typical taste of this variety is a little smoky with a hint of walnut. Carl Jung's Blanc de Blancs is also characterised by the pure Chardonnay grape. The vinous bouquet has clear aromas of citrus, pear, apple and light floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh with fine fruit. Smoky notes come through in the finish. This makes the sparkling wine pleasantly round. A good alternative to drink neat or as a spritz.
